Elton John £5 commemorative coin design

Celebrating my biggest professional release to date with the reveal of Sir Elton John’s £5 coin. Exciting to see it featured on the BBC, NME, NY Times and other big networks…

I was honoured to have my design selected by Sir Elton and David Furnish before its Royal proclamation earlier this year, it’s been difficult sitting on the design for over a year, but I can finally show it off!

This is my 5th coin to date for The UK Royal Mint, it’s been a great journey from starting out as an apprentice draughtsman in the late 90’s to working as a remote artist for the Royal Mint as well as a digital sculptor for the likes of Hasbro.
